Our Philosophy
Understand the Benefits
Integrated Imaging believes that you want to do more than make your documents
more accessible. You want to reduce the labor involved in collecting data
and you want to improve your decision making abilities. The key to success
is education, planning and integration.
Easier, Faster, Better
Its all about improving the process. Make it easier for them to collaborate
on tasks, move a transaction through the data capture process faster, and
improve your productivity and efficiency at each step of the process. You
can do this by making changes in your organization progressively. Rapid
deployment in phases eases the pain of change by creating a culture of change.
Thus each improvement is accepted by your organization because each previous
change made their job easier, faster and better.
Be Expert in the Common Denominators
Since 1950 Integrated Imaging has implemented systems and gained expertise
in almost every industry and departmental discipline. You can lower the
cost of each transaction and improve customer service while protecting the
information from unauthorized access. Integrated Imaging has perfected three
primary disciplines that can help you.
Capture
The most overlooked aspect of the system is capture. You can go faster and
time is money. Integrated Imaging will show you how to save money. We capture
millions of images every year in our own Conversion Service Bureau; we can
show you the tools that will improve your system.
Presentation
The best implementation appears to be an extension of software that you
already own. You can display the images with your line of business software,
via a browser or as part of workflow. Integrated Imaging can integrate it
for you.
Storage
The primary reason to keep any document is to prove a point. You have already
captured the data, but you need to satisfy your retention schedules and
to provide access to the document in the event of a question. Integrated
Imaging can provide you with document storage magnetically, on a CD or
DVD, tape, optical or microfilm; you choose.
